1 – Free Trial & Registration Terms

ChartsConnect offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your free trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will be automatically discontinued.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

One registration per person is permitted. ChartsConnect subscription fees are charged for access to the platform, its models, and services. Given that access to the platform is granted immediately upon purchase, the following payment policy applies:

• All subscription payments are processed securely and in accordance with your chosen billing cycle (monthly, bi-annual, or annual).
• ChartsConnect does not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where a material failure of the Service on our part can be demonstrated.
• If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@chartsconnect.com within 7 days of the charge.
• Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per account at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made, and to promptly update your account information as needed.

7 – Third-Party Integrations and Platform Dependencies

ChartsConnect operates as an automation bridge that connects third-party trading platforms, signal providers, and broker execution environments. As part of its core functionality, the Service integrates with and relies upon external platforms and services, including but not limited to:

• TradingView (charting and alert generation platform)
• MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) (broker-side execution platforms)
• Third-party brokers, exchanges, and Virtual Private Server (VPS) providers
• Webhook delivery infrastructure and hosting providers

ChartsConnect acts solely as a conduit for the transmission of trade signals and does not control, operate, or take responsibility for the performance, availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party platform or service. The following limitations apply:

• ChartsConnect does not guarantee that alerts generated by TradingView or any other signal source will be transmitted, received, or executed accurately or in a timely manner.
• ChartsConnect is not responsible for any failure, delay, error, or interruption caused by TradingView, MT4/MT5, brokers, exchanges, VPS providers, or any other third-party system.
• Execution of trades on MT4/MT5 or any connected broker platform is subject to the terms, conditions, and technical limitations of those platforms and their respective operators.
• ChartsConnect does not hold, manage, or have access to user funds at any point. All trades are executed directly through the user’s own broker account.

Users are responsible for independently reviewing and accepting the terms of service of all third-party platforms they connect to ChartsConnect. ChartsConnect makes no representations or warranties regarding the compatibility, continued availability, or performance of any third-party integration.

8 – No Liability for Financial Losses

Trading financial instruments, including forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, involves substantial risk of loss. Automated trading systems, including ChartsConnect, do not eliminate this risk and may in certain circumstances amplify it.

ChartsConnect expressly disclaims all liability for any financial losses, trading losses, missed trades, over-execution of trades, under-execution of trades, or any other financial harm arising from or in connection with:

• The use of, or inability to use, the ChartsConnect platform or any of its features
• System downtime, latency, outages, or interruptions — whether caused by ChartsConnect or any third-party provider
• Errors, delays, or failures in the transmission of alerts or signals between TradingView and connected broker platforms
• Incorrect, incomplete, or misconfigured trading strategies, alerts, or automation settings set up by the user
• Actions or inactions of third-party brokers, exchanges, liquidity providers, or VPS operators
• Market conditions including but not limited to slippage, gapping, low liquidity, or broker requotes
• Force majeure events including network outages, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or acts of God

By using ChartsConnect, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, strategy configurations, and risk management settings applied through the platform.
• ChartsConnect is a tool to automate the execution of your own trading instructions. It does not provide trading signals, strategies, advice, or recommendations of any kind.
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose and are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before using automated trading systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChartsConnect’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to ChartsConnect in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ChartsConnect and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

ChartsConnect takes payment disputes seriously and aims to resolve them fairly and promptly. If you have a concern regarding a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at contact@chartsconnect.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

ChartsConnect reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, suspend or restrict access to accounts involved in payment disputes while the matter is under investigation. Accounts found to have initiated disputes in bad faith, or without first attempting resolution through our support channels, may have their access suspended pending resolution. Repeated or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.

17 – Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
